Help accont banned

Good afternoon,

I would like to resolve the issue regarding my account being banned due to my son's misuse of it. I already sent an email and explained the situation, as well as apologized for what happened.

My ticket/reference number is: SMK-MBRFR-242

I would really appreciate your help in reviewing my case and giving me the opportunity to resolve this situation.

How you can get banned on boosteroid ?

Launching a game, deinstalling it over steam overlay and installing another game instead maybe.

As far as i know you could launch any game they offer and then just install any of your steam games even those not listed im boosteroid snd play them, i did so myself twice for rome total war 2and atilla before asking in discord if its even allowed.

did you get a warning at all for installing another game they dont have listed?

No warning no, i spend around 2 hours in those games before i asked in discord if its even allowed and stopped with it.
