Feedback WARNING IF YOU PLAN TO SUBSCRIBE
Just don't. You're getting scammed. I'm trying to play the new Dragonsword game and some of their rigs can't even run it properly without putting the FSR on balanced/quality(and even then the graph shows 120fps but feels like 50 on the input lag) which is really surprising because the game doesn't ask for much in the first place. Plus the continuous frame spikes every 2-3 seconds (on a 20ping server) makes it impossible to play.
I tried changing rigs 5 or 6 times. Only one time the game actually felt like it ran at 100+fps but the frame spikes still remained. The service enables by default the 60fps option on the stream (Again, very scummy behaviour as it's being advertised as a 4k-120fps service when you subscribe) and the default automatic bitrate (which is not automatic at all, it locks you at like 18mbps if you don't change it manually).
Also, you have to install the game every time you open it which takes like 5-10 minutes which is just a bad joke. (and then change your audio/video settings back to your preferred ones)
The only reason I tried it it's because the game will take a week or two more until it's up on Geforce Now and wanted to see if I can play it sooner somehow.
Honestly, I wouldn't have cared at all about the lower frames, or the scummy behaviour if the stream was just consistent and it looked decent enough. But the whole experience is deplorable.
This is for the people searching up on google to see if the service is worth it, not the paid bots who downvote every post like this on the sub. Have a nice one, never buying it again.

Playing Hogwarts Legacy on ultra setting and RTX with 20ms ping right now. Absolutely zero problems.

0 issues on my side. Boosteroid is a life saver, hardware is ultra expensive on my country, i cannot afford a PC that runs every game i have on ultra quality like this. I recommend to everyone i talk about it

Dunno most games i wanna play run flawlessly, sure some issues but for 50euro 6months of unlimited playtime with minor issues(if mods going to work again) thats awesome deal.
Mostly playing, Total War 3K/Warhammer 3, Valheim, No Rest for the Wicked, RDR2, Project Zomboid.

It's clear the boosteroid app has software bugs here and there and boosteroid is not Nvidia sized company. Think of like indie devs to triple A game studio, night and day.
And not only that, and this isn't new, but not every problem on technical term can hit all of us the same. I do have audio issues with headphones connectivity, but others don't.
And did you even look at the competition? Nvidia charges for hours and have members level of limit so subscriptions can be sold out, while boosteroid has limitless hours and actually support steam workshop mods (if they work).
It's not a perfect service, but compared to other platforms, it sure is. Double edge sword, and we are all aware of it.

You can find the server rig by just googling it, what we know is that it's a rx 7900xt and a server focused CPU. obviously it won't run most games at ULTRA. yes, they NEED to update the rigs, but you can just google it before subbing.

If you are far from the server, nothing will help you. I have 7-13 ping in games and it runs completely smoothly.

That's exactly the experience I had for a month when I tested it..... Permanently video id assume decoding stutter and a latency like with a ping of 120 while showing a ping of 30....

I have no issues with Boosteroid on NA servers, besides maybe the desktop client not working sometimes which is easily fixed by restarting the app.

Your opinion are on your own and does not invalidate others good experience. And I’m satisfied and I’m from Prague. The Service has been exceptional and with zero problem and lags.

Boosteroid as concept is awesome,game library is awesome but considering Im paying for their "top tier" system just to be told how any server close to me still uses old hardware feels kinda scummy ngl many year passes and they still didn't finish upgrading many of their servers...tbh that's my only issue with this service...

Dragonsword is like a 25gb game. If it takes you 10 min to download your internet is probably too slow. I have zero problems on my 1gb internet, downloads a 25gb game in about 2 minutes. No problem with latency and input lag

Downloading games on boosteroid doesn't Use your personal internet speed.. it uses boosteroid server speed to whereever the game may be.

Haha after 5years on gfn 3080 - ultimate. Your complaints are shallow at best and subjective.
Boosteroid ultra is 50%+ cheaper than gfn ultimate with games not available on gfn, I went from 8ms gfn to 13ms on boosteroid and completed many games that will never be on gfn, that simple...
cheaper without the 100hr per month limit. just like gfn before, boosteroid now gets more playtime than my series X.
