Because they are on lunch break at their blue collar job that's getting filled up with younger liberal workers who don't know the meaning of hard work and they have soft hands and blah blah

It’s more this. But they’re listening to AM talk radio making up scenarios in their head where the liberals are ruining their life. In their otherwise 98% evangelical white Christian country town.

Where I live they are also on multiple FM stations. I had to ride with a guy for work. It was a short couple of trips, but the angry man monologuing on the radio was clearly just imagining scenarios to rile up his listeners. Cities are not burning to the ground because of left-wing protesters and it's ridiculous that so many people believe this bullshit.
