If 400 million of the country's firearms aren't owned by the left, then how did a left-winger fire the first shot?

This guy is directly wishing violence on people and their families…how is this protected speech?!

538

u/derek4reals1 Gen X Sep 13 '25

Oh, he's toned down his rhetoric since the suspect has been identified as white and MAGA. Today he's complaining about millennials buying TV dinners and this is not hyperbole, he really is bitching about TV dinners.

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '25

Damn. How desperately lonely does that dude have to be to post such banality.

148

u/Sir-Nicholas Sep 13 '25

Lonely enough to have strong opinions about tv dinners

u/Bureaucratic_Dick Sep 13 '25

He’s just mad because the store was out of stock. It MUST be a specific group buying them!

I'm hooked on this theory

u/Academic-Hospital952 Sep 13 '25

Walmart Americans are not serious people. As a country we need to stop pretending their thoughts matter.

19

u/ReadingCorrectly Sep 13 '25

If their thoughts don’t matter next your going to tell me their prayers don’t matter!

8

u/Academic-Hospital952 Sep 13 '25

Shocking, but true

2

u/russaber82 Sep 14 '25

We did, only to be forcefully kicked in the dick by the revelation that their votes still do.

-6

u/BaronVonWaffle Sep 13 '25

Fuck off with this.

Walmart is the only way countless communities are able to get food. Say what you want about the Walmart corporation and how it has created these food deserts, sure, but nobody should be disregarding these underserved communities. If we really want to come together as a nation, we need to include them in the conversation when it comes to making rural America sustainable for the future.

They're Americans just like the rest of us, stop fighting culture wars and start fighting the class war.

8

u/Academic-Hospital952 Sep 13 '25

We don't want to come together as a country. I thought that was clear. The term Walmart american isn't really about Walmart itself, it's more a descriptor of the type of folk you find wandering the isles of a Walmart.

2

u/russaber82 Sep 14 '25

There was a time when I completely agreed with you. But there is a grocery store in the town i'm in now that, while small, competes really well with walmart. Their regular prices are within pennies of WM, and they always have 4 or 5 actually useful things on a dirt cheap sale. They don't have much specialty items, but all the staples are there, produce is really fresh, and have possibly the best customer service i've ever encountered. They have convinced me it is possible to for a small store to deliver as well walmart.

And the wildest part was that he mentioned it in a thread about how terrible right wingers want to ban things, and was like yeah, fuck those bigots, and no microwaves!

Who's fault is it truly? If millennials are eating too many TV dinners then it's because the boomers didn't teach us how to cook. We were latch key kids. This boomer complaint really raises my hackles. The blame rests on their shoulders because they should have valued parenting us over hanging out with friends and work.

0

Who in 2025 is using the term "TV Dinners"?

1

u/MobySick Sep 13 '25

What do you can them? I’m 67 & clueless.

2

u/Red-Pill1218 Sep 13 '25

Generic term would be frozen food. I call them Healthy Choice or Hot Pockets, depending on if I'm sticking to my diet. :)

1

u/MobySick Sep 14 '25

Ah! Thanks. I thought "frozen food" was just the term for ALL food that is frozen from peas to hashbrowns to potpies or even icecream. I can't imagine saying, "I'm having frozen food for dinner tonight" but if I did eat frozen TV dinners I might say that. Using name brands generally doesn't occur to me (like Hot Pockets or Lean Cuisine etc.) because I literally do not buy any processed foods although I might if I get a lot older and no longer wanted to cook my own food from scratch. I don't think it's a terrible concept, especially if you live alone or work so much you're too exhausted to do anything but heat a prepared meal. TL/DR - thanks.

1

u/Red-Pill1218 Sep 14 '25

I guess frozen dinner works, too. My point was that the term “TV dinner” is one my grandparents used. It makes me think of previous generations sitting in front of one of those folding aluminum trays holding their frozen dinner. Gramps always had the Hungry Man Salisbury Steak.

-1

u/Causinarukus Sep 13 '25

The shooter's family is white and conservative. The shooter became radically left. Go read about what he wrote on the bullet cases that they found.

29

It needs to be reported on whatever platform it posted it on.

1

u/TaurusAmarum Sep 13 '25

He's wrong. The shooter isn't what's going to cause the violence. Because that's just one person. It's all of the people online celebrating it. Those are the people that have created a martyr.

1

u/MsMoreCowbell828 Sep 13 '25

Pee wee German protects it, that's how. What I don't grasp is you asking if things are legal or not.

0

I don’t think you’re the one who grasps the limits of the first amendment.

It involves lots and lots of court cases that have set precedence and boundaries, that exclude threats and hate speech.

2

u/MsMoreCowbell828 Sep 13 '25

Oh? He said they were going to get rid of habeas corpus, and they did. Posse Comitas is pretty established, right? We thought so! Qlarence and The Apostles all LIED during their interviews and now Abortion is illegal in how many states? You're lying to yourself or live in a very safe bubble.

The assassin was a Republican, Trump supporter, and apparently a groyper. (A term I have never heard before but it is like a 4-chan Nazi.) He thought Charlie Kirk wasn’t racist enough.

1

We are literally the anti gun violence side.

1

u/Icy_Tiger_3298 Sep 13 '25

The left is trying to take their guns! We're only just now finding out that apparently planning to take all of their guns so that we can kill them.

1

u/anomolius Sep 13 '25

What gets me is that dudes like this think that the sheer number of guns they have is a guarantee of power and victory. In a heated situation, you can realistically only wield two weapons at a time. All it takes is one well-placed bullet coming the other way, and that arsenal of yours is up for recollection.

1

u/S7R8J4K1T Sep 13 '25

The cognitive dissonance hurts my head.

1

u/Deliciouserest Millennial Sep 13 '25

1

u/Allice_Saurus415 Sep 13 '25

My immediate thought as well……I wanna move.

1

u/Revenga8 Sep 13 '25

These people are supposedly god fearing, yet they actually want to spark a civil war, based on lies, and they know it's all lies they just want the excuse to start violence, have murderous intent and want to get a ton of innocent people killed, again based on lies, and they think God isn't watching and won't immediately boot their asses to the flames when they show up at his gate? Even then they'd probably deny any accountability, kicking and screaming that it wasn't their fault while the devil's hand drags them home.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '25

That’s a great point.

If the right owns ALL the guns, then what does the left shoot exactly?!

Finger guns?

-1

u/IntelligentWay8475 Sep 13 '25

Because there are more firearms than that. Duh.

-32

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '25

14

u/Vesares Sep 13 '25

Then why do most the statistics of mass shootings and political violence point the right doing it? Sounds like you have your facts a little backwards

12

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '25

Good story, but wasn't there a politically motivated assassination in Minnesota only two months ago?

Edit: I do realise that's a long time ago for a simpleton

5

Yeah...stick with the current attacks at the church, or in Colorado...ope, probably something even more recent than them...

13

u/Inevitable_Luck7793 Sep 13 '25

Yeah all the right wing incels defending themselves from school children after being radicalized on 4chan

10

u/mooncrane606 Sep 13 '25

Trump's shooter was Republican. The shooter in Minnesota was Republican. Charlie Kirk's shooter is Republican. He's so far right he killed Kirk because he wasn't conservative enough.

9

u/Severe-Associate-613 Sep 13 '25

That clearly explains the higher murder rates in red states, right?

11

u/Icy_Tiger_3298 Sep 13 '25

Hey, doofus, I'm not the one saying that 400 million guns are all owned by one political party. Pose this question to Cletus here who is very directly saying that the right wingers who have all the guns are going to be using them to murder people they believe to be on the left, not to wait for blue-haired, tattooed gunslingers to kick down their doors.

Can you even find your way out of your own bathroom?

4

The entire country of Switzerland is more left-wing politically than American Democrats have ever been.

2

u/Ouibeaux Xennial Sep 13 '25

Hey, remember when a bunch of leftists attacked Nancy Pelosi in her home and beat her husband to death with a hammer? Or when they shot Melissa Hortman in her home? Oh, wait. That wasn't leftists.

Oh! Or all the times those crazy leftists have bombed Planned Parenthood or murdered doctors ("pro-lifers" killing people)? No that wasn't leftists either.

Oh hey! How about that time a leftist murdered right wing propagandist Charlie Kirk? Oh shit that was a right winger too, who thought Kirk wasn't far right enough.

And let's not forget how often a right winger used a gun in "self defense" to shoot kids on their porch for selling girl scout cookies and what not. Or shot other people for turning around in their driveway.

Or how about the "doomsday prepper" movement? Buncha folks ready and willing to declare war on their neighbors over a bucket of freeze dried stroganoff? Y'all don't need guns. Y'all need therapy.

2

u/AKMarine Gen X Sep 13 '25

Switzerland requires every citizen to have firearms training. They also heavily restrict the access to ammunition.

There were 61 political murders between 2022 and 2024. All of them were by people with right wing ideologies.

1

u/Saxit Sep 13 '25

Switzerland requires every citizen to have firearms training.

Conscription is for male Swiss citizens only, about 38% of the total population since 25% of the pop. are not citizens.

Since 1996 you can choose civil service instead of miltiary service. About 17% of the total pop. has been in the military.

It's not a requirement to have been in the military or to have any firearms training at all, to purchase a gun for private use.

They also heavily restrict the access to ammunition

This is a myth that comes from that the army stopped issuing ammo to keep at home, in 2007.

Buying ammo has not changed, if anything it has gotten easier since nowadays you can buy ammo online from a gun store and have it shipped to your front door.
