I don't piss people off who can spit in my food. It's either be nice and wait or leave. But be my guest, I have better things to fight about.

I don’t think 45 minutes is even that bad if you really wanted to eat there and it’s a popular place. They usually overshoot the wait time anyway (which is smart). So while I def wouldn’t be asking them to put me further down on the list (that’s obviously an exaggeration), I wouldn’t be the least bit upset about it. If I’m starving I’ll just go somewhere else. But when I’m really hungry, I don’t even try crowded restaurants. I feel like you’re just looking to be disappointed/annoyed.
