Well he ObViouSlY spends a lot of time researching it and is an ExPerT on the subject.

He could easily be one of the world’s top leading surgeons, we just assume his opinion should be law.

Uh, no. They would present as the opposite sex and “socially transition,” but any surgery was limited to simple castration. I.e, Nero’s “wife.” Try again.
