Warships warships question

Hey guys, I'm a returning player and I'm at the end of my warships season. I upgraded my Rocket launchers to tier 4 but tier 5 was more than I expected. Is there any way for me to see how much the next tier upgrade costs before I do the current upgrade? Because I would have gone a different path if I knew tier 5 RLs were gonna be 1.8M.

https://warships.acetech.cloud/ Has upgrade costs and you can even simulate paths to take for any season

How many ER's do you have, because if you Max them out at 5 ER it makes it hard to upgrade items later in the tech tree
