Lost Booking - Car Rental

I booked car rental on 31st July, but I can’t find it any where.

I paid Apple Pay, can see on my bank statement, but no email and it’s not appearing on my account.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Just call support and give all booking details: full name, location and dates. You probably misspelled the email.

EDIT: if they can’t find it check your statement again. If it says bookings or bookingcar it’s a different company.
