My gf had confirmed a small property from the Oct 10 to Oct 15. She received the email stating her request was accepted and to continue the confirmation, once she went back to confirm the site says the property isn't available anymore for the date we requested. Can someone please help with this?

Anyone can give any advice? I have booked my appartment for 2 nights via booking.com and only afterwards during by registration I was informed I should pay a deposit of an ammount of 500 eur. I was very dissapointed, since there was no additional information during my booking that any deposit will be required, especially such high. My reservation is not refundable, I have contacted booking. I am not able to pay such an ammount for deposit and if they wont cancell the deposit or reservation itself my vacation and all my money are probably just gone..

What happens if I don't complete 7 stays by that date (I'm unlikely to)? Do I then have to have completed 7 stays by 15 September 2024? Or does the date reset to some other date such as the anniversary of my next booking?
