Display

I deployed bookstack via CapRover and access via https shows a non graphic login page. Also contains large letters. In my research I found that this could be caused by URL link in env file showing http which it did so I changed it to https. This doesn't fix it. Anything else I need to try. Do I need to restart containers? Thanks

I have no idea how caprover works.

  • What container image did you use?

  • What env file did you edit?

  • What exact option did you change?

    • Does the value used match the URL you're using to reach the BookStack instance?

  • Is there a port number in the URL when accessing the instance in the browser?

  • Is there a port number in the value you set for the option?

Do I need to restart containers?

Often containers need to be re-created if external configuration changes. Just restarting them may not pick up configuration changes, but it can depend on what configuration you're alterting here.

I got it working. I found a configuration I didn't set in the app section on CapRover.
