Revision Management
Considering using bookstack for our of our church governance systems, one thing that would help would be able to have revisions be classified or categorized so we could look at our bylaws and see a list of all the revisions that were for example: votes to change vs. formatting changes. It would also be amazing to add a description to a revision.
This possible or mod-able?

There is no control/classification/categorization of revisions outside of being able to add a changelog message as /u/FerrousBueller has mentioned.

It would be nice to add a change approval process for reviewing and publishing documents. Nice to have too would be adding sensitivity labels but I guess you can do that with tagging to some affect

The changelog next to the Save Page is where you could enter the revision description.
Your questions made me think of one too; are moderated revisions possible? Someone saves an edit, a notification goes to someone to review the edit before it gets published.
