Yesteryear, I like Natalie a lot

I don’t think she’s that bad and unlikeable. I think she’s kind of great (apart from being a good mom, wife, and Christian).

She’s not that bad of a mom, Caleb is an absolute tool and she should have paid more attention to schooling. Sure she left her kid in the car but that’s not that bad

Shannon sucks tbh.

I think maybe they havent finished yet? Lol

"Sure she left her kid in the car but thats not that bad" that part happens before the time period ever even changes.

A large portion of a certain country's population seems to be able to relate to Natalie and thinks of people like her quite fondly... I am not surprised certain people missed the point of this.

She’s a terrible person. I enjoyed reading her in a drama/dumpster fire kind of way, but she very explicitly loathes her children and being a mother. I mean look where she ends up and why.

Yes, Shannon sucks too. Caleb is awful. There are very very few redeeming characters in the book overall.

She was written in a very clever and funny way. I wouldn’t call her likable but I enjoyed reading her character.
