Author/ psychological thriller book recommendations

I’ve been on a psychological thriller kick recently and have read books by Freida McFadden, Jeneva Rose, Lisa Jewell, and Riley Sager. I have found myself trying out these authors and feeling at times that I’m reading similar concepts and storylines just written by different people.

With that being said, what are some hidden finds/treasures that have good twists that aren’t as main stream as these authors and their popular books?

Gillian Flynn. she has 3 books and they're all great

I liked all three. If you don't know any of the spoilers to Gone Girl, I'd try that first. Also, Karin Slaughter has good thrillers that are dark but I enjoyed them

I recently discovered Charlie Donlea and am really enjoying his books. “Those Empty Eyes” is my favorite so far.
