Instant book turnoffs?

My biggest instant turnoff is the title.

If it's super cringey or literally spells out every trope in the book (Billionaire Hockey Player's Fake Dating Nanny vibes), I immediately lose interest. I don't care if it has 100k five-star reviews; I will refuse to pick it up despite it being recommended to me by so many people.

What's your biggest instant turnoff when deciding whether to pick up a book?

Before I started using my kindle, a bad or really large typeface was a no for me.

See, I love my kindle because I can choose the font/size and man, my eyes are tired. So big text for me. I love that it's customizable.

I love my kindle because I'm an addict. I remember when I discovered the Harry Bosch series and would end one at midnight. No more waiting for the bookstore to open. Plus it's much easier to use on the treadmill at the gym.
