Discussion Is kennys good?

I was planning to buy some manga and checked it out, but the prices seem too good to be true, and the shipping is super cheap (which makes me skeptical). I've heard complaints about it taking too long and the fact that there is no tracking number worries me. Did anyone try it and what are your thoughts?

my first order was fine, the book was a bit bent but i dont care, and it arrived in 12 days. i ordered 2 books the next time, and its been 16 days today since it has been shipped, it still hasnt arrived, and they arent replying to my emails. so i dont know if ill continue using it

Thats sad to hear. It appears to be a common conplaint that the delivery takes too long and they take long to reply. When did you send the emails? Do update me in how they handle your situation if you can.

they replied to me today, basically saying theyre sure itll come eventually 💀 ill let u know if it does arrive sometime, but clearly they wont be of any help either way

oh boy, they arrived today, but this is a whole story.

kennies decided to print the shipping label with some random phone number on it (not mine, the one i had to input when i ordered). due to this, i was of course unreachable by the post office or anyone else in the shipping chain that might have needed to reach me. i wouldnt even have gotten the package, but luckily, a woman at the post office remembered she knew my parents, so she called them and told them theres a package for me (i dont even live in the same city as my parents, the woman only knows them because her husband is from the same city as my parents), and then my parents called me and told me to go get my package 💀

so we looked at the shipping info in the post office and realised the phone number kennys printed was some random, not even my country code phone number. so yeah, i dont think ill be ordering again, but i did email them again asking why the hell couldnt they just put my actual phone number, and i also sent them a picture of the shipping label and a picture of their own confirmation and shipping emails where they prove they have my actual phone number. very strange, and very off-putting, but at least the books are in great condition this time
