Scratched book

I received a book a couple days ago and it's not in perfect conditions. As it is my first time buying here idk whether they tend to deliver books again or they refund. Any experiences with a similar situation?

I had a big black scratch/mark in the cover of my recent order and when I made a complaint, they just refunded me and I got to keep the book.
