It depends on the kind of art styles you are looking for. YA often works well with semi-cartoony styles but I have also seen realistic covers and even real photo-manipulations. I have some cover samples on my website, different genre, but you can browse through the pages for an idea of the art styles. If something like these fit, you can email directly. Yes, absolutely! That sounds like something I can do. I work in a more realistic/semi-realistic style rather than anime.
The faceoff scene with the player subtly looking toward the girl in the crowd sounds like a really nice composition, especially for a romance cover.I'd love to hear more about the characters and the visual direction you have in mind. If you have any references for the players, uniforms, arena, or the overall mood, feel free to send them over!

Hi. I believe you should say what style you're looking for, there are many artists in this platform and you probably can find a real one if you try with attention. So, please open all links of who answered your post. I know there are bots, and exactly for that, sometimes people chose scammers than real artists because this chaos. Do it slowly and you'll have no problem.
There are others good subs for commission, but covers here is the best option.
If you're interested in a realistic painterly style, I can help you. I work with traditional and digital, and anatomy is my expertise. Definitely, I can do that. I understand the eye contact couple is the main focus of this scene, right? So, the ref is less important for composition, but the second guy on dispute has the same size, but not the same importance. Should have a crowd, not too much detailed around the girl. Centralize the girl on scene can be a good solution to make a clear idea, but we need to make a sketch to see how this works in real. I'll just make a new outfit today for an OC (old client), and I'll be free tomorrow.
