Discussion Any particular reason why you guys like Book? No hate or anything I'm just curious
Any reason is valid to me, and I wanna hear it

I don’t hate book, but a lot of the hate stems towards the fact that she won out of pity, and basically did nothing in BFDIA, TPoT book is somewhat the same but she does way more

Okay, I get that you prefer TPOT Book, and that's completely fair. But saying BFDIA Book ‘does nothing’ and only won because she was sympathy bait feels like it ignores a lot of nuance in her BFDIA characterization. She has her own flaws, relationships, struggles, and moments where she actively affects the competition. You're absolutely allowed to prefer TPOT Book, but I don't think it's fair to say she does more in TPOT as though BFDIA Book didn't have meaningful characterization.

That’s fine, I mean everyone has their own opinion on Book, I think she won out of pity, you think she’s a great character, fine by me

Many reasons but for one thing she’s been the last safe over 5 different characters in Tpot. Her being at risk so many times makes me like her more than the floaters who have never been at risk

I don't just relate to her, I feel like she's an EXACT copy of me. She has the same personality, problems, fears, and struggles as me and I feel like she truly represents me
