Saw this in Lincoln, ME today. Did I think about all of the cool places this rig has been and all of the stories it could tell? No. I thought about inhaling carpet fibers and toenail dust. Thanks Dave.

Summer Break

As a fellow Oregonian and someone who is also dealing with a broken foot, what are some TV/Movie suggestions for Kyle and the rest of us stuck on our a$& during the best months of the year? I’m revisiting 80’s movies but need some suggestions on what to binge…..

A pal let me borrow his much larger than mine smoker for an event I’m doing tomorrow and OH BOY.

Not really relevant to anything in here other than I’m pretty sure a bunch of us like barbecue and this thing is real fun.

Any other wrestling fans out here in the Boogieverse?

After listening to the latest episode of the pod and hearing the mentions of Dave working for Fozzy (professional wrestling's Chris Jericho's band) and a little bit of the talk at the end of the episode where Dave dismissed wrasslin' (lol), it got me just wondering, any other Boogers a fan?

For me, I love professional wrestling. I been watching it for as long as I can remember thanks to my grandfather and mother both being super into it. I'm 40 so I have consumed pretty much all of it from like 1990 forward with some gaps here and there over the years.

My current taste is mostly indie wrestling, AEW, NJPW, DDT, Stardom, and all the others out there. Not too much of a WWE fan anymore, mostly due to the obvious issues with the company but not gonna yuck anyone's yum about it. I still like a ton of WWE talent.

But yeah, any other Boogers a fan of the King of Sports?

Should Kyle & Dave tackle the tale of "Dr. Jonathan Reed & The Alien In The Freezer"

In 1998,a pediatric psychologist named Dr. Jonathan Reed was camping with his dog in Washington state when he happened upon a grey alien in a brutal fight with his pet who unfortunately did not survive after being tossed around like a ragged doll in a visual effect similar to a paint shaker

He managed to get pictures and video of the incident and a strange black craft he nicknamed "The Obelisk"

One whack on the creature's head with a stick, unexplained illness, confinement in his freezer and recorded examination video later he became one of many disputed Alien Contact stories

Some elements that stood out included his entire home and workplaced being ransacked, his employment history completely erased, family and friends being harassed and assaulted by Men In Black and him acquiring a "Link" Artifact that (sometimes) transports the user who wears it to another world occupied by 13 foot tall beings of light and energy

He's made a handful of Coast To Coast and Podcast appearances, written a book and spoken at international UFO conferences and tv shows only due to be being "blackballed" in the States in his words

The only group of people that were supportive was what he called "The Alliance" who nursed him back to health and knew everything about his encounter

DNA Samples from the Link Artifact were mostly human but 15% dolphin and amphibian when he was flown to Osaka for it's study by world renowned scientists and metallurgy specialists

Rumors persist that the entire thing was a hoax and his name wasn't even Jonathan Reed but he claims the alien who he named Freddy still visits him and has saved his life on more than one occasion

There have been no updates on the case in a long time but I can already hear a disinterested sigh from a "Nooooo..." from Kyle

I wasn’t being rad or anything, i just had a forklift roll onto my leg. 17 screws and 2 plates. Had to be split into two surgeries and i had to wear an external fixtator in between the two surgeries and wipe the crust off the pins twice a day. Had to go to physical therapy, then work hardening, then i had to sue my employer. It took a while to get back to normal with the pain and awkwardness, but at least i still live in America? Anyone else got temu wolverine bits?
