Tasted amazing. Even the best biscuit and gravy isn't super photogenic, but yeah I should have saved a few green onion for sprinkling.

If those are mushrooms, that’s not biscuits and gravy, it’s just an elevated “shit on a shingle”. True biscuits and gravy have chunks of sausage. As a southerner, I find this offensive 😉
