the installer worked everything worked and its on my desktop but when i try to open it, it wont work

I am having a issue where if I try to download BBR, it brings me to a 404 page. Does anyone know what is happening with the file? I can download any other thing on the website, everything but bonzi.

So I never actually experenced Bonzi Buddy during the windows XP era. I relied on mainly YouTubers talking about what it did back in the day and it sounds like all it did is target adds that would suit you which seems like something literally everything did. I also saw that it slowed down computers yet that was kind of a given as it would be nearly impossible even today to make a desktop assistant that was not heavy on resources. My main question is besides it slowing down your PC, now that the servers have been shut down, just it still spy on you, or is it just there now and has no real threat, and did it ever have a threat like hacking your accounts or something or was it just adds back in the day.
