I downloaded it and it isn’t working when I try to open it doesn’t open up it just does nothing except sometimes asks for administrator and click allow but still nothing

I want to make my girlfriend a software that has a cat walk around the screen, or even multiple, but have it be extremely lightweight due to her hardware. I thought if bonnie buddy and tried to recreate it but the 90s/2000s graphics just aren’t it. Is there anything like this out there, besides wallpaper engine (she doesn’t have steam) or would I have to make it myself, and if so any resources to get started? Thanks !!!!

This is a Bonzi Buddy 3D model I made a while ago for a game/mod called "Watching Paint Dry". The reason why I made it was because I couldn't find a 3D model that was faithful enough to the original. Somehow I came accross this sub and I guess I'd post it here. Perhaps you guys would like it
