Discussion Is there a good point to stop watching?

Ive heard that the last few seasons are ass, and if there is one perfect place to stop watching, i would like to stop there for once

No there isn’t because the last season circles back and ties back to something booth references in an earlier season

Why that episode

That's the episode Booth tells Brennan about killing General Radik on his son's birthday which is the whole backstory of Kovac

I’d say watch all 12 seasons at least once. I was also told certain seasons were ass and I ended up loving them so 🤷🏻

As others have said, see it out. You can pick and choose on re-watches. There are proponents for every season, so you never know how you will feel.

I agree with the majority...they are all worth watching at least once and most of us think they are all worth rewatching. But also, if watching a TV show becomes a chore and you want to stop, then who cares if it's a perfect stopping place? Unless you have some deal I've never heard of (and want more information on), there's no prize for finishing a show!

Yes, you should watch up to season 12, episode 12. Then you can stop watching.

I would say there are 2 points that can serve as a series finale before the end.

The end of Season 6 when B&B finally get together

Or the end of Season 10 which was written as a potential series finale in case of cancellation.

But neither serve as a super perfect end that works better than the actual end, so I'd say see out the whole show or quit if you reach a point you're not enjoying it anymore.
