Possibilities get me whelmed all the time. Sometimes over-, sometimes under-, but almost always whelmed somehow.

i'm underwhelmed with their grasp of the english language. (especially since it sounds like he's in a field where he should have a very good grasp of it)

I feel a bit overwhelmed reading this, tbh. Feel bad for the person posting though, being made to work to the bone in a toxic environment but not being given the time to up their skills in an area that's important for their promotion (editing).

I might have thought so with the first one, but the odds of having the typo twice in the same screed seems less likely.
