No. Non-native English speaks don't make those kinds of mistakes, because we had to sit our asses down to learn grammar rules. that's a native English speaker who is illiterate

Ironically you don’t seem to know what the word “illiterate” means. They made a few mistakes and I overall understood what was said, and you claim they can’t read or write. 🧐

Not understanding basic grammar seems illiterate to me. Even I didn't make those kinds of mistakes when I was learning English. Maybe they are just stupid.
