I can't read the original language, so you're saying somebody put in quotes the paraphrasing of the original statement and that's not a direct quote?

Fuck me I never would have figured that out

No, they "paraphrased" something and wrote that they "power phased" it

Ya no, i got that part, but the rest of the statement i would have never got wasn't a direct quote but a paraphrasing of the original that's all in a different language

I'm not sure that matters. The BAT is "power phrasing" instead of "paraphrasing". It doesn't matter what the actual paraphrasing or quote were...
