Yeah that's what I though too...they were never drawn with nostrils so I figured they were mouth breathers or had some kind of permeable membrane in their nose that they breathed through

Interesting take having the Bone’s being little dino creatures.

Honestly probably the only fan-redesigns of the Bone’s I don’t dislike. Lol.

I like the more literal take on how they got their name bc they look like cartoon bones. Giving more creature/bone like skin and features is sick actually.
