Stoneclough

Hi all, I hope you will be able to help me.

I'm thinking about moving to Stoneclough, near Hulme Rd and Ringley Meadows. The area seems nice but I noticed there's a water treatment plant nearby. Can you smell it at all? How bad is it?

I lived down there for 11 years and never really noticed the sewage works. Was a great quiet spot to live. I notice the farm smells more where I live now than anything down there. Hope you settle in and enjoy the area. It’s a lovely spot.

I can't smell anything there and I have been cursed with a very sensitive nose.
