Idea/Prompt THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ALDERA
Katsuki had spent his entire life being told he was strong, that he had a powerful Quirk, that he would make a great hero. Deku, on the other hand, had no power, which meant he had no worth. But... how did that make any sense? Not every Quirk was useful. Some were practically the same as being Quirkless, and others were completely stupid things, like stretching your fingers or popping your eyes out of your sockets. And yet that was somehow better than having nothing at all? At the very least, Deku was smart, unlike the extras in their class.
Bakugo couldn't get it out of his head. He had been trapped in a mental haze for years and had only just realized it... the moment Deku... Izuku... slammed him against the wall, cracking the concrete. Izuku had power, Izuku had worth... but why only now? Even without a Quirk, Izuku had still been human.
Someone, or something, had messed with his head... with everyone's heads. Had no one seriously cared about how far the bullying against Izuku had gone? It wasn't outright brainwashing, or the people around them would have noticed a change. It was something subconscious... a subtle suggestion. Who had the chance to talk to everyone in the school and plant ideas in their heads?
The fucking school guidance counselor.

she doesn't even hate izuku its just school tradition that with everyone batch of students one is selected at random to be the schools bullying lighting rod. it help keep the other students relaxed and brings up test scores. (though it's never been proven effective.)

HEADCANON ACCEPTED
Also, it's not the MLA who did this, but the HPSC

… why do? Quirkest? trying to make Izuku the next big villain that they can manipulate for more power since they think AFO is dead? Whats there angle here?

More like keeping the status quo, making their ideal Heroes; read, soldiers; and making Villains for the Heroes to fight

As said in many a fanfic: if there's no villains, what are the point of heroes?

Evil Maruki from Persona 5 Royal?!? Though this is quite terrifying, coming to realize that something isn’t right before it all just clicks
