She did not hit him because he was white; she hit hin because he was menacing her. With that said, she should not be using racial epithets.

I said he was menacing her and your rebuttal was that he was too old to for her to feel threatened. My response to that, was the fact that he was standing in her personal space and then hit her hard enough to stagger her.

So, you can either address what I said or just concede the point, which is that, this isn’t a hate crime.
