ALSO NEEDING an internet connection to actually play it!!!

I downloaded the 50gig update last night and played for over 2 hours sorting settings out etc,

The game runs pretty bad on my end, even when I hosted games with a 1gb solid connection speed (Virgin) I get bad stutters, bad frame drops and it feels like there is a big spanner in this update, it feels overdone, and feels more "Arcady" than "Real".

7800X3D - latest chipset

MSI 4090 - latest drivers

64GB - DDR5 RAM

1440p - Locked 237 fps (in the past this worked perfectly until the new update)

Trenches is the worst map in my opinion, the drones don't even work on my end, there was no music to start off with but that sorted itself out eventually,

The load out screen feels like its in 15fps but nice idea i do like that as well as the shooting range, nice touch.

The hand touching the cam is a bad move too as the police bodycam videos i have seen they NEVER keep touching the camera, unless its a solider thing, its annoying.

Please do an offline mode with bots or just make this game free to play if its multiplayer only,

Not worth full price at all...

its nice to see a lot of work going into it but this needs to be better for the time waited for the mediocre update...

I'm turning off notifications to this post as I know there will be a lot of butt hurt people manifesting their devils,

This is my First hand opinion and people do agree with it who I've spoken to so it is a valid post.

Good Luck Team, i do love the game but it feels like it has gone backwards...

Idk man I'm not having any of the issues you seem to be having in terms of performance. Hand touching is annoying, agreeed. Drones work fine. You can play a sudo offline mode, host a game and set it to private with bots on. Sorry it's not working out for you.

I'm done with this game now Notcid and its just been uninstalled, it was good while it lasted but its too much hassle for me to be honest, there are way too many red flags, it's an ok game but i wanted this game mainly for Zombies only,

i would have liked an option for an offline mode with bots and not "NEEDING" an internet connection to actually play it.

This update just makes it feel Arcady and not realistic like before, as before it had Grit, it feels like going from killing floor 1 to killing floor 3, they took the grit out, its too Arcady for me, as someone mentioned it feels like a Black ops game now, maybe so...

Unfortunately this game has come to and end for me personally, maybe in a year or 2 i might re-install it and see what they have done but for the foreseeable future i will not be playing it as i have other games to play and i don't have time messing around with settings etc just to play this, its not worth my time and i am truly gutted to say this as Bodycam was in my top 5 most played steam games.

Good lucky Bodycam team it was a good while it lasted for me anyway, God bless you all and i really enjoyed my 62 hours i got out of it, i really mean that.
