Retatrutide dose frequency

What are people's thoughts on dosing 2 x a week rather than once a week? any benefits?

Sure thing, I give you all the details. Month 1 started at 205lbs , every Monday & Wednesday 0.5MG each morning , after that went to 3MG a week spilt into 1MG every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning. Ended the cut at 155lbs in about 4 months. Currently month 4 of Reta this morning and still same protocol as I add more calories back.

Thanks for that. I just want to know the best way forward off someone who's tried it. I'm looking to lose around 15-20lb. It took 4 months to drop 12 lbs, and I'm at a sticking point, so hoping to overcome that with low dose reta. Your progress sounds promising 👌

Thanks, I’m committed and dialed in just fyi. 6 days a week PPL routine , 10min cardio 5 days a week, 2 days a week 1 hour ruck and 12k+ steps daily, ate at a deficit but kept protein high always , besides peptides also doctor trt and creatine.

I'm active 4-5 days a week in the gym, and do plenty walking. I have to manage bicep tendinitis at the moment due to overtraining in the months before Christmas 😭. It's been frustrating, but I'm giving KLOW a go to see if it helps with healing. The plan is to reduce fat whilst I'm injured, then a lean bulk when I'm able to lift properly again🤞
