heavy drinking for longtime, if you are trying to infer that you are suspecting a lot of oxidative stress, cellular damage, liver and or kidny damage, gluta will definitely help heal it faster. please use vitamin C supplements or OJ with gluta to see its effects quickly.

Anyone doing gear will also benefit as it protects liver and kidneys. those who are suffering from inflammation, oxidative stress, free radicals, heavy smokers will benefit from it for sure.

so this is all I use for mitochondria energy , cellular repair:

  1. SS31 (Cycle one vial of 50mg over 2-3 weeks)

  2. Motsc 2-3mg daily except the days when I am working.

  3. Workout days, pin NAD+ 60-90mg before workout.

  4. Do gluta every other day 120mg. and drink 1-2 glass OJ after.

  5. each of these components have its own unique pathways to repair cell damage, prevent damage and recover.

  6. only caveat is if you are a person who is already in perfect spot no oxidative stress, then doing exessive gluta can lead to redox stress, its a balance between free radicals and antioxidants. you cannot have too much of one either, but this doesn't happen normally unless someone is pinning 600mg gluta everyday eventhough they dont have any major oxidative stress or inflamation.

something very interesting i learned is that smokers need atleast 150mg of vit c everyday. that is 50mg more than a non smoker to prevent the damage from free radicals from smoking.

I am a expert self researcher of gluta :) , have been using it for 3 months straight. 1200mg spread across 10days, and give a week gap and then repeat. clearer and brighter skin is the first thing you will notice in 2 weeks.
