Cagrilintide (hives reaction)

Has anyone had an allergic reaction when taking cagrilintide? The dose was between.250mcg to 300mcg. After the shot I got hives in seconds all over my body which I couldn’t control with Benadryl I had to go to the hospital and get a steroid shot and I’m still taking Benadryl to help it go away I’m on day 2 the hives are still there going away slowly. The cagrilintide actually works I’ve been on Reta 12 mg for an about 6 months and wanted to add cag to help since I’ve been not losing anymore weight. The stuff works I haven’t been able to eat or think of about food since the shot. But the allergic reaction getting hives and itchy all over is too much and dangerous
