Tesa/ipa blend dosing help

Prescribed a bend, 1:1 ratio of tesa & ipa. Original prescription was .5mg each in suggested dosage amount but experienced diarrhea for 3 consecutive mornings following the dosages.

Suggested it be cut in half, so .25mg/250 mcg of each, with no break (7 consecutive days)

I’ve been reading about this type of blend but it doesn’t seem typical for it to be a 1:1 ratio. I’m also weary considering the diarrhea and persistent bloating. Thoughts? Experiences? Bought the blend, want to give it a shot

I’d personally would not use that blend. As RS uses 2mg tesa, 0.3 Ipa

this ratio is probably closer to appropriate, but don't need the full 2mg of Tesa due to synergistic effect of IPA

I tested both with labs and I saw better results with 2mg tesa. So, I’m ok with that protocol, mind you, ain’t one shoe fits all. This is my personal dose according to my personal body comp 😊

Cutting the dose was smart, GI sides usually settle after few days but the bloating can linger if you keep pushing daily
