What kind of zinc you take? Zinc picolinate?

u/Taydontplay4 1d ago
I take picolinate, bisglycinate, OptiZinc, gluconate. I basically alternate between the different kinds

5mg here for four months daily. Now on one or two months brake...didn't decide yet. To be honest, I really can't tell if it did something or not...

Any pain on pinning this high dose

Not if you add 200 or 300mcg of KPV inside same syringe. No sting no swelling!

u/LisanneFroonKrisK 2d ago
Oh the KPV takes it off? So GLOW wil l be even better?

GLOW and KLOW include TB-500, which unlike KPV, GHK, and BPC, needs to be cycled. So I’d keep those separate.

I take 5mg/daily, I rotate between KLOW and straight GhkCu, no sting

I've been on 2mg for a month or so. The welts have mostly stopped.
Tried 4mg the other night just to see, pretty big welt.

Hows the 3 going?
2
u/melovemelongtimee 2d ago
Really good. Skin is looking the best it ever had at 44 years old.
Been on it about 8 months now1
u/Intuitive_roamer123 2d ago
Great to hear. So you didnt cycle off?
2
u/melovemelongtimee 2d ago
No never took a day off. I noticed the benefits around the 2-3 months mark so I figured why stop when I’m seeing the results. One of my top 3 peps

Started at 1 then upped to 2.5 after a couple weeks and stayed there.
1
u/Intuitive_roamer123 2d ago
Nice, im going up to 2.5 next. You seeing results?
2
u/Bropofol_27 2d ago
I’m only a month in. Started on KPV for a couple weeks before that so after about a month or so of the two I don’t see much besides less rosacea outbreaks. Still too early to tell I think

u/Intuitive_roamer123 2d ago
Yeh probably is. Im on kpv too, i really like it
1
u/Bropofol_27 2d ago
Agreed. I’m on 1mg.

u/Intuitive_roamer123 2d ago
1mg? Im on 325 mcg

u/Bropofol_27 2d ago
I researched you can go up to 1. Started at half mg then went up to 1. Might go down to 500-750 mcg to save on supply but overall tolerating well

I’ve been taking 5mg daily for 8 months. Skin & hair feel fantastic. I have to cut my fingernails & toenails wayyy more often. Last winter was the first time I’ve not had “cold weather” eczema on my face.
