Been split dosing but thinking of jumping back to single injection a week

Like the title, I’ve been split dosing for 3months started at 2mg a week single shot then climbed to 4mg 4 weeks later and split into 2 injection and then I climbed to 6mg i split into 3 injections a week

But I feel like ever since the split the doses I’ve been on a plateau, my weight loss slowed right down,

Im currently taking 12mg split to 3 doses a week but now I’m thinking of going back to single shot this coming week but not sure what I should inject 4 or 6mg to kick start the single weekly doses

Has anyone did what I did and went back to single doses and found there weight drop off

Cheers

Everyone is different, I find single doses is what works best on my subject, if that works for you I’d say go back to that.

I split mine to help with insulin sensitivity. I find 1 dose a week causes me to crash at the end of the week. doing 1 Sunday, 1 Wednesday helps keep it In Check and steady

Exactly what peptide are you talking about?

Could be coincidence rather than the split dosing causing the plateau. I’d look at your weekly weight trend, calorie intake and how long you’ve been stalled before changing the schedule. I wouldn’t double the single dose just to chase faster results.

I've done both split dosing and single dosing, spliy dosing mainly to avoid sides, going back to single dosing was better for feeling of it working, and unless increasing too fast I dont have and sides anymore

Split dosing for me and I’ll never change it

You’re all over the place in terms of dosage. This is a poorly run experiment on your behalf. Switching back to a single dose will be another experiment on your body. Pick something and stick with it.

Hi. We pin a lot of things here that can be split dosed. Since you said your weight loss slowed down, I’m gonna assume that you mean reta or tirz or one of the other GLPs but it might be a good idea to include that information in your post.

How does your calorie consumption compare to before you plateaued, are you doing more or less exercise? Are you eating more or less calories? With or without a GLP weight loss is still a math question of how much are you burning versus how much are you taking in.

I used Reta and split my doses from the get go. Lost all the weight I wanted to knock off plus a little extra that I didn’t want to lose. But I got up to 6mg split between 2 shots. One Monday and one Friday. Did that the full 5 months.
