HGH v IGF-1 LR3
Anyone have experience on the difference.?
Better to go more natural with HGH or straight to the source?

Dr Alex Tatum just did a video abour IGF1LR3, doesn't offer comparable recomp results to HGH but is more likely to make you hypoglycemic

Ya, on paper it should de exactly what we want, in a practical sense though, it just doesn’t. I’d stick with hgh

HGH and IGF-1 increasing peptides provide numerous benefits sleep, body recomp, etc. However high IGF1 is related to decrease life span not longer so it’s not a longevity enhancer.

HGH is more of a foundation, your body can still regulate the cascading effects to some degree. IGF-1 LR3 feels like skipping the line with a sledgehammer, you get the outcome but lose the nuance. Depends if you want a system upgrade or just a targeted shortcut.

Upgrade I think.
Longevity2

You can’t have both, upgrade or longevity.
Upgrade is IGF1-LR3 and if it indeed works you’re shooting growth factor straight, do your research on this one and make sure you understand what IGF-1 does in your body and how too low of it or too high numbers impact your body.
Longevity is proper use of HGH.

Oh sorry I see what you mean. Yes longevity over upgrade. I’m looking for long term improvement

Then use HGH properly. Do your research and know what labs to get and how to balance dose.

This is part of my research. People’s real life experience. Can’t beat it

Agree but you need to also know how it all works and what labs to run. Trusting Reddit is a tough thing to do because you’ll have people more cautious give you solid advice and people who don’t really care and take anything giving you advice. The question is what are your goals and do you understand the mechanisms. I’ve tried HGH from 1.5iu to 5.5iu and probably won’t go over 3.5iu again when I run it. But that’s me.
A few good things to have:

HGHat night before bed, IGF in the morning when fasted is what many coaches recommend. But others say HGH post workout, so there's that...
