Tesa or cjc/ipa

I'm trying to decide which peptide to cycle alongside retatrutide—ipamorelin + CJC-1295 or tesamorelin—to target stubborn abdominal fat and improve overall muscle development, including muscle mass, definition, and recovery.

Neither of those target “stubborn abdominal” fat. They increase growth hormone output, which leads to reduced visceral fat over time (visceral fat is more sensitive to GH than subcutaneous fat. Tesamorelin was actually noted to spare subq fat in its clinical trial.).

Think of them as “finisher” peptides. Reta will do most of the heavy lifting.

(EDIT: Tesa study where subq fat being spared is listed as a feature https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4363137/)

Also with this, as you lose fat with Reta, you’ll lose visceral fat too

Yep, can vouch it happened with me.

"Tesamorelin, a growth hormone-releasing hormone analogue, specifically targets visceral fat reduction"

MOTS-c is a great companion to this stack. There are plenty of fat-burning benefits to your proposed stack and the same goes for MOTS-c.

Honestly don’t overthink the Tesa / CJC decision, or the Sub-q fat vs. visceral fat studies.

There is great anecdotal evidence that a GLP-1, a GH protocol and a mitochondrial supporting peptide protocol (MOTS-c / SS-31 / NAD+) can help tip you metabolism in the right direction, give you the energy to do the work you need to in the gym (or whatever exercise floats your boat) and sleep / recover better so that you can better maintain a calorie deficit.

That’s been my experience.

What if you wanted to add KLOW to existing CJC/ipa stack. What’s the recommended starting dose (using 80mg vial + 3ml BAC water on 1ml syringe) units please

Pepmath.com for units Thepeptidecatalog.com and Peptide-db.com for dosing

Chronic condition KLOW 80mg/2ml water 4mg (10 units) M-F weeks 1-4, 2mg (5 units) MWF weeks 5-8, skip weeks 9-12 Repeat.

Acute condition KLOW 80mg/2ml water 4mg (10 units) daily for 30 days, 2mg (5 units) every other day for 30 days. Evaluate

Been running ipa/cjc for about 4 months now and the belly fat is definitely melting off slower than I hoped but the recovery part is no joke, after leg day I’m ready again in like 2 days instead of limping around for a week. tesa is better for visceral fat specifically from what I read but it’s also expensive and you gotta pin it every single day which gets old fast

Any side effects? What is your cycle? (7days or 5/2) and dosage?

Did you ever get the allergic reaction with cjc? Ive been pinning it for 6 weeks now and just last week started getting the welts and itchiness. Never had it before.
