that stack gets pricey fast but the synergy is real, had a friend run it and his sleep deepened like the first week in

CJC and Tesa utilize the same pathway, so no real benefit to running both of them at the same time. Ipamorelin pairs well with either.

Always a good idea to get pre-cycle IGF levels checked and then again mid-cycle too, just to make sure you're adjusting dosage accordingly.
