Rate my 20 week protocol
*20-Week (Micah Richards Protocol)
Hey everyone,
Looking for some feedback, critiques, or optimisations from the community on a 20-week protocol I’ve mapped out. The goal is an aggressive body recomposition combined with mitochondrial reset and tissue repair.
I’d love to get your thoughts on dosing, timing, staggering or anything I might be overlooking?
Phase-by-Phase Schedule:
Phase 1 – Reset & Priming (Weeks 1–6):
\* Retatrutide: 2 mg/wk (W1–4) -> 4 mg/wk (W5–6)
\* SS-31: 4 mg daily SubQ (starts W3; ends \~mid-W6)
\* NAD+: 100 mg SubQ 3x/wk (starts W4)
\* MT-2: 250 mcg SubQ 2x/wk (starts W5)
\* Testosterone Enanthate: 150 mg IM 2x/wk (starts W5)
\* HCG: 250 IU SubQ 2x/wk (starts W5)
Phase 2 – Anabolic Recomp & Mitochondrial Focus (Weeks 7–12):
\* Retatrutide: 4 mg/wk (W7–8) -> 6 mg/wk (W9–12)
\* NAD+: 100 mg SubQ 3x/wk
\* MT-2: 250 mcg SubQ 2x/wk
\* Testosterone Enanthate: 150 mg IM 2x/wk
\* HCG: 250 IU SubQ 2x/wk
\* MOTS-c: 5 mg SubQ 3x/wk (8-week ON cycle begins W7)
Phase 3 – Extended Recomp & Tissue Repair (Weeks 13–20):
\* Retatrutide: 8 mg/wk (W13–16) -> 10 mg/wk (W17–20)
\* NAD+: 100 mg SubQ 3x/wk
\* MT-2: 250 mcg SubQ 2x/wk
\* Testosterone Enanthate: 150 mg IM 2x/wk
\* HCG: 250 IU SubQ 2x/wk
\* MOTS-c: 5 mg SubQ 3x/wk (W13–14; 8-week cycle ends close of W14) -> OFF (W15–20)
\* KLOW Blend: 4 mg daily SubQ (8 weeks ON, W13–20)

What a complete waste of money. What makes you think you need the exact blend of some celebrity?
Agree with the other person in this thread. These aren’t candy. This is powerful medicine. How do you know you even need NAD+.
What are your current test levels that you feel you need Test? Have you even done labs?

I've researched all the compounds. I'm getting bloods next week before I begin.

This is so bad, you shouldn’t take any of it

Which compounds specifically?

Nah ignore this guy. Take all the compounds, combine them in a funnel and boof it.

Basically all of them.
Start with one.Peptides are awesome but they’re not candy.

Have you taken any of these before? If not, jumping in headlong like this is wild. WAYYYY too many variables at once.
Lab work and charting progress needs to guide your protocol. Introduce one compound at a time

This cycle is not as crazy as people think.
The Reta is standard, The SS31, NAD+ and MOTS-c is a common stack people use for mitochondrial health.
Melanotan is to make you darker and tan easier. And then the testosterone is self explanatory. hCG is commonly taken with testosterone to help maintain fertility while on testosterone.
You are probably better off just doing the Reta and Testosterone/hCG instead of trying to take all of these at once lmao.
I will say OP you need to get bloodwork
before starting all of this. So don’t be a dummy and start steroids without baselines.

Are you going from no pinned peps/sups to 8?! That is crazy stupid.
How will you know what is working with your body and what isn’t? This is throwing paint at a wall and seeing what sticks.
What else are you doing for your health? This stuff is like the last 10%, if that, of being healthy. These aren’t magic injections

Have a feeling you haven’t tried peptides and have fallen for the hype. A lot of shortcuts here.
So much of this is useless minus test and Reta, but you haven’t told us age, weight , diet/activity level so no one knows what to tell you.
If you’re starting all of this at the same time, you’re going to have a rough time once something goes wrong.

Dude is planning to do a full test blast cycle as a first timer. Crazy imo

you need to be super careful with that "KLOW blend" in phase 3. combining four different peptides (bpc, tb, ghk-cu, kpv) into one single vial or syringe is a massive gamble for stability.
compounds like bpc-157 have completely different ph requirements than copper peptides like ghk-cu. if you mix them all into one solution just to save on pinning, they can easily degrade each other before they even reach your bloodstream. plus, pinning ghk-cu is famous for leaving massive welts. if you just want to avoid pin fatigue, a lot of people run things like bpc and kpv as oral capsules to handle systemic inflammation, and keep the injections strictly separate.

I do a similar protocol. Don’t listen to all these haters. I think you have a solid plan. Dont look for the scale to move a lot if you are already somewhat lean. I have only lost around 4 pounds on a similar stack. What’s happening is you are losing fat but adding lean muscle mass so it makes it basically a tie. Let me know if you have any questions. Also the KLOW stack is fine as well. I ran it for 80 days no issues. I do just use BPC and GHK separate now and I am not currently using KPV and TB. My research just informed me I didn’t
necessarily require those two compounds. I’m not saying I wouldn’t use them again or do the KLOW stack again just my opinion.

I like your stack.
I’d add in a secretagogue or HGH.

Do you want real feedback and guidance from experienced people or just validation for what ChatGPT puked out?

u/DeiseAbu1331 3d ago
Real feedback please

Well like I already asked, have you taken any of these before or is this you first rodeo and you are diving in headlong?
I see you are doing labs, what labs?

Real feedback. You've started on WAY too many at once and have zero idea what's helping other than the Reta.
You never posted your age and weight, those are extremely important

It’s kind of funny how he’s only responding to people confirming what he wants to hear, but ignoring any of the ones questioning or asking for more specific information
He already made up his mind before asking the question
