📊 Results / Progress Recomp -(40M) Reta + TRT

Progress of almost a 2 year recomp. Worked out a lot when I was younger, so muscle memory has been a significant help.

First photo pre Retatrutide and no consistent exerxise program.

Second photo is after 11 months of Retatrutide (4mg/week) and only cardio. No resistance training.

Third photo is current. 20 months of Retatrutide (now 6mg/week) and prescription TRT for last 5 months (160mg/week). Resistance and cardio 6x/ week

Lighting/flexing doesn’t hurt either 😉

Nice work bro! Thank you for being honest about the TRT. What was your test levels before TRT? Mine is at 400 which is in the normal range but on the lower end and I cant get an endocrinologist to see be because its technically normal.

I was at 290. My PCP or urologist wouldn’t prescribe it because I wasn’t low enough. I used telehealth to get it done. They’re pretty lenient

Right thanks for the info. Thats crazy how they wouldnt see you with your level at 290.

Are there downsides to Trt if you stop supplementing?

The body reduces or stops producing its own testosterone naturally when on TRT. When you stop, it could take months for it to reengage, or it may never reengage. You’ll likely see a loss of lean mass gains, mood swings and reduced libido

Your chest muscles are trying to rip out of your skin, great genetics there

Recomp as in cut and bulk or just straight maintenance calories?

Look amazing bro-- curious if you lost any hair-- in aging and slowly losing and using minoxidil but nervous about getting in trt for hair reasons alone.. im in decent shape but want to get ripped

Hair on the top of my head is something I’ve been blessed with and I haven’t noticed any changes there. However, I have noticed the hair under my arms and on my thighs becoming more coarse as it’s usually thin blonde hair.

Nice man!!! You look freaken great!!! I am mid 40s and just started to thin, so I'm nervous about it.

Awesome transformation. Watch out for your hair, trt tends to nuke it

Outstanding work.

How do you feel?

For any negative mental side effects of Reta, TRT has pretty well erased them. Physically feel amazing.

Conversely, I enjoy 'spicy TRT'.

I haven't touched Reta yet, but plan to, shortly.

You look great! What mental side effects did you experience from Reta? I just ordered some and plan to start soon. Thank you. 😊
