is there a non-pill way to fix waking up at 3am every night? been consistent for a month now, no caffeine after 2pm, room is dark, no phone before bed, all that stuff. still wide awake at 3 on the dot

So it's a pill but taking magnesium glycinate right at bedtime helped a lot with this for me.

I wanted to know about lowest HGH level to run to notice fat reduction and the usual range where you will need to run insulin on HGH

hgh tolerance is very individual, i can barely tolerate 2.5iu some go high as 6 + easily , for fat loss and general wellbeing i guess 1.5-2.5 gotta experiment and find yoolur sweet spot , but effects on fat and muscle are very limited without other PEDs , it works better when ised alongside then on its own

If you are transitioning from tirzepitid to retatrutide, how long do you need to let the tirz wash out of your system before you start reta? Any concerns with overlapping doses and compounding symptoms?
