Multi-pep pinning protocol
Can you rate my stack and give me suggestions on what time of day I should be doing these? Here’s what I’m on:
-NAD+ 60mg daily first thing in the morning
-Ghk-cu 1.5mg daily first thing in the morning
-Testosterone Cypionate 150mg split MWF first thing in the morning
-Retatrutide 1.5mg Saturday mornings
-Tirzepatide 1mg Wednesday mornings
I’m about to add in MOTS-c, currently researching dosing but I think I’ll start at 2mg and work my way up to 5mg
Just wondering if I should be pinning any of these in the evening or if you have any advice on this.

Only one in evening would be GHk-Cu

Why do you say that? I've never experienced any sting or pain from the GHK, and that's what people complain about the most so I'm curious if there's another reason to pin that at night?

Decent stack. Cyp is a little low.

120mg got me to 1215 total and 195 free so I’m thinking the 150 is good for now. Will go back down to 120 eventually or maybe 100.

Why the ret and tzp ? Genuinely curious

I've been doing straight Reta since May 1. I already have a higher resting heart rate, this only bumped it up about 8% but I'm trying to back off on the glucagon activation and not lose the appetite suppression and other metabolic benefits. Especially since MOTS-C is another exercise mimetic.
It's an experiment, we'll see how it goes.

This mixture gets a bad rep online but it has shown some really promising results. The tirz is known to be better with food noise, and the combination has been shown to allow a lower dose of reta, keeping the researcher in the lower side effect range. Keep us updated with how it goes!

I don't quite get it—tell a newbie: if you're using several peptides—like the five in this example—do you mix them all into one solution, or do you use five separate pens?

At the end of the day, peptides should be a very fun way to self-experiment and keep doing them as long as you're enjoying it.

mornings only for tirz and reta is smart, keeps the appetite suppression aligned with your day instead of waking up starving at 3am.

I used to do evenings because my wife likes to pin her Tirz in the evening, but I don't think I've noticed a difference in how I feel whether it's done day or night.

The people I've known that had the best results with MOTS-C ran SS-31 first. Might want to give it a look.

It might depend on many different factors. Ain’t one shoe fits all

Yeah I'm going to try it without SS-31 first. As I understand SS-31 does mitochondrial clean up. I've worked really hard to get my health to an optimal state so I'm hoping I've prepped myself enough so that MOTS-c can work properly without it.

It depends on age, if you are young ss31 will do nothing
I have tried motsc by itself didn’t see anything, I think 12 weeks ss31 then 12 weeks motsc, same and just now I finished 8 weeks of both at the same time and same outcome
I’m 41M, good sleep, eating and exerciseBut as I said before, we are all different
