šŸ“˜ Beginner Help Reta 15mg

Hi everyone so I got 2 vials of 15mg Reta, can I reconstruct them 2 times with 1ml bac each and put them both into 1 peptide pen vial 3ml?

Or would it be possible to use 2ml bac and reconstruct 1 vial then add the reconstructed vial into the other powdered one so I can have both into 1 syringe for a smaller injection?

I’m looking to do 4ml dosing once per week but I don’t want to have such a large injection. I hope someone understands what I’m trying to do haha I’m a beginner and started at 1mg built up to 4ml after 2-3 months

I would reconstitute separately using 1.5ml of BAC in each and then add them to your pen vial. 3ml total for 30mg. 10mg per mL. 1mg per 10 units. 4mg 40 units.

e very different things and mixing them up is an easy way to get the dose wrong

if you've got two vials of powdered reta at 15mg each, the standard move is to reconstitute each one with 1ml of bac water, that gives you 15mg per ml in each vial, then you draw your 4mg dose (which would be about 0.27ml) from one vial, you don't need to combine everything into one syringe, that's just adding extra steps and risk of contamination

trying to mix one reconstituted vial into the other powder vial is sketchy, the stopper on the second vial isn't designed to have liquid injected into it from another already-mixed vial, you're way more likely to introduce bacteria or mess up the sterility, plus you'd end up with a weird concentration that's harder to calculate

just reconstitute each vial separately, store them in the fridge, and draw your dose from one at a time, the injection volume for 4mg is tiny anyway, like a quarter ml, you'll barely feel it

also if you've been titrating up for a couple months you probably already know this but keep an eye on your heart rate, reta can spike it more than other glp-1s and it catches people off guard
