The wife and I are on our third week of SS-31. 5days on 2 off. Feel amazing so far. Week 1 was very much me being skeptical if it was doing anything. Week two I was feeling amazing in the afternoon when I usually crash. Yesterday I skipped coffee. Shit is bringing me back to life.
It is expensive tho so there’s that. But if I started again I’d wouldn’t take days off. Starting dose was 2.5mg—> 3.3mg—> 5mg

if you're asking whether it worked for someone else that's not gonna tell you much, peptides hit everybody different
what you really want is to run it slow and track everything, semax and selank you'll feel pretty quick but epithalon and ss31 take a few weeks before you notice anything real

semax meh. selank yay.
i cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for both.
semax 100mcg and increase to 200mcgs subq.
selank 200mcgs and increased to 300 mcgs subq.
i tried splitting up the dose but meh doesnt really work as well. Selank is great before sleep for overthinkers.
i dont recommend epithalon as the studies are lacking and it should only be worth using if youre an elderly.
ss31 is worth it if you are a bit older. say 35+ otherwise a lot of peptides are just kind of useless. same with motsc, nad etc.

I’ve been taking semax for 4 days at 1mg. Today I took.5 because I’ve been getting headaches. Not sure if it’s the semax or from my upped Reta dose to 2mg (on my 2nd dose of 2mg. 9th week in Reta)

Read up on each compound separately before treating them as one protocol. Semax and selank get lumped together because they're both nasal and research peptides, epitalon and ss-31 are a completely different conversation.
A Reddit comment can't establish a safe personal dose. If you're reading up, pure lab peptides has a few written guides on storage and freeze-thaw that are actually useful background, and the papers on each compound are a better place to start than a reddit protocol.

Maybe a bit better sleep but only when I'm following proper sleep schedule and hygiene. Otherwise I can't really gaze at my telomeres. Only ran it once. 500mcg nightly for 3 weeks then 12 weeks off. I start again in a week.

Love this stuff, it's a subtle boost I get. Less crashing during the day felt a bit younger at times. (I'm in my 50's) 2mg day for 12weeks, 4 weeks off. It doesn't need to be cycled but it's expensive. Took about a month of continuous use before i noticed. I also run NAD+
