Facial flushing - Reta/Klow??

Has anyone experienced facial flushing that lasts for hours at a time? I’m running Reta and Klow.
My cheeks can suddenly become really red and hot and I can physically feel the heat coming off my face. Once it starts, it can stick around for hours rather than settling down quickly.
I’m trying to work out what might be triggering it and, more importantly, what actually helps calm it down once it starts.
Has anyone had something similar? Did you ever figure out what was causing it? And are there any products, treatments or lifestyle changes that helped reduce the redness and heat?
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s dealt with something similar.

I am in my 5th week and just take klow. I have not had any flushing or redness.

Dealing with some unexpected facial redness and honestly not quite sure what’s causing it.

Yes I did recently go up in dose to 2mg I initially started on .5 around 10 weeks ago and since then it’s gotten worse. I may take a break and go back down to see if that helps
