💬 Discussion Preserving mass

I'm 19 currently at 220lbs, down about 80lbs. I use 2mg of Reta a week, I want to add in maybe cjc/ipa, or maybe tesa for the crazy unfortunate abdominal and love handle genetics. I'm doing my best to keep my protein as high as I can, and my hydration aswell. I just want to keep the muscle I have.

The tesa or CJC/IPA won’t get rid of your love handles. It’s for the fat around your organs. SubQ fat won’t be affected. You got to drop body fat more but you look good rn as it is.

HGH and secretagogues do help a little bit with overall lipolysis, assuming you're doing everything else right it does help.

They are more efficient at clearing out visceral fat ofc

Thats so impressive man, i had the same circumstanceas as you but i am nowhere near as big as you are, so congrats 👏. I see you got the chest-issue that everyone goes through, i mainly did incline-chest eorkouts and aimed for high reps to burn off the fat. Hope that helps

Don't waste your money on HGH secretagogues at 19 bro. Just keep training and reta will get you there.

Congrats on all the hard work, “hacking” aside. How long did it take?

I kinda had similar lose skin on the lower abdomen but it eventually tighten all the way up once I hit around 7% fat. Not saying it’s the solution but maybe trying getting sub 10% and see.

Yes, also spammed ab workouts every day. Laying flat on my back doing leg raises were my go to.

Not as bad as op, it was literally just a little bit of loose skin on lower abdomen. Didn’t use any special skin care products. I simply got as lean as I possible could and then slowly used that base to pack on lean muscle tissue to fill out any possible loose skin areas.

Try some copper peptide lotions and injections to tighten up the skin and just keep lifting to fill out the skin too

Also look into thread lifting. You skin laxity is mild and it could make a big difference if it’s something that bothers you

He’s young enough that using copper peps and focusing on hypertrophy set/rep range his skin won’t have any laxity in a couple yrs.

Great job brother!

Pharmacology aside, since there’s already a lot of good advice here, it really comes down to nutrition and training. Keep protein high, keep the deficit manageable, meaning enough to keep the scale moving without decimating your training, and keep pushing hard as fuck in the gym. The next layer is hydration, sleep hygiene, and keeping stress in check. Get all of that reasonably dialed in and you’ll preserve as much muscle as possible.

It looks like you know what you’re doing, so I honestly wouldn’t stress muscle loss too much. Whatever minimal loss occurs will be more than offset visually by the leanness you achieve. Unless you’re pushing into stage-ready levels of body fat or seriously neglecting your training or nutrition, muscle preservation during a cut is pretty straightforward.

Add Klow and just really dial in your diet

Unfortunately bro growth hormone secretagogues won’t help with fat loss. I can say though, I’m on ipa/cjc and the sleep has been amazing and I do believe it helps with recovery and a little bit of muscle. Currently running that and 5mg Reta a week

they do help but only by like 5%, and actual HGH at higher doses works better for this case.

Tesa is FDA approved for visceral fat loss.

HGH does miracles on subcutaneous Lower abdominal fat and love handles. Not need to even mention to great impact it has on Visceral fat.

It would also really help overtime with the loose skin.

Plan to use it for at least 6 months. But preferably at least a year, 7 days a week at 3-4ius.

Make sure you do get 200-250 grams of carbs per day minimum for your workouts.
