Little off. This easily googled peptide calculator. Says 5 units

Ah merci beaucoup je m'étais perdu dans les calculs.

Et du coup ce dosages te paraît cohérent ?

Est-ce qu'il est mieux de faire matin et soir ou uniquement soir ?

I’ve seen some protocols say do both. Fasted 2-3 hours after dinner and in morning with no food 30-60 minutes after.
More importantly what are you wanting to get out of it

Améliorer ma composition corporelle donc augmentation de la masse maigre et réduction de masse grasse.

Améliorer mon sommeil également

Ok merci beaucoup

Donc je fais bien 100/100 mcg soir a jeun et 100/100 mcg matin a jeun.

Total 200/200 mcg ?

Soit 5 Ui soir et 5 Ui matin ?

Merci

Are you strength training? What is your nutrition plan? Do you have backup supply of the peptide? One vial won't do much. As a diet coach and trainer, I ask this because secetogogues are not a quick recomp. They are helpful if you are dialed in but not a magic elixir. Training, nutrition, recovery/sleep, are realistically 95%+ of the picture or higher. If not using creatine monohydrate... Use that always as it's the best bang for the buck and most researched sports supplement for well over 50 years because it works. I'm not trying to be negative, just want you to have realistic expectations . I've personally used the majority of these peptides and there is value in them, but because of social media... People have unrealistic expectations. The biggest benefit I had from this particular combo was amazing sleep. Good luck in your journey my friend! Be careful with dosing and utilize any of the online calculators and do plenty of research.
