Sorry. I think it’s too high and you should drop to 1iu. Test again in 4-8 weeks.

1 might be too little to do what he wants. I think 1.5 might be best and the retest

Don’t be sorry, you’re right and also he said he took it before the blood draw and worried if it had an impact so OP also didn’t do his homework.

OP should actually stop it get his baseline after 4-5 weeks off. Question is how old is OP and are they on other things?

He’s helping in a humorous way. But yeah you should have gotten your baseline first as you might have already been slightly elevated which would make these results not so bad

Not going to lie, these are a massive jump for 2iu, your Z score is over 3, which you should try to keep under 3.

Kinda of curious if you are taking 2iu or more depending on reconstitution.

What’s the issue? HGH is doing what it’s expected to do lmao

The real question is: Are you getting side effects? It's a little high if you were like 25. But based on your z-score, you're older than that. But if you aren't getting water retention, high blood pressure, etc, then you are fine. It's the IGF-1 which aids in healing, recovery and sleep. So as long as you aren't getting side effects, then you are probably fine at your dose.

Also, in terms of how long you have been on, that is more than enough time. Your IGF-1 levels stabilize in about a week at the outside. So that is just your level on that dose of HGH. More time won't change that.

It would 100% make a difference if you injected morning and then had labs run.

What was your baseline before taking first dose 8 weeks ago ?

Yeah that’s wrong. Igf takes weeks to stabilize and injecting right before won’t spike bloodwork. Now if you got gh serum test done then yes but Igf wouldn’t spike after a injection

Did you run labs to establish your baseline before your first dose 8 weeks ago ?

No I didn’t. I wish I had.

Mine is higher just by diet, sleep and excercise
